Growing up in the 80's and 90's life was hard, but with the lack of technology it was a lot easier to spend time with the Lord. Now in 2012 every kid has corruption at their fingertips. Eventhough the 1990's were the best years for families, friendships and a relationship with Christ, many kids drifted as they got older. I fear kids today, who have it ten times harder, will drift and the future of the church looks grim. Many of the teens have already drifted beyond repair. I pray for the future of our kids, churches and this country. God wants us to come to him as Children.....children with pure and innocent minds, not corrupted with evil thoughts, thoughts of playing video games instead of going to church or playing with Ipads in church. Children who are pure at heart.

Rebellious Youth
Dear Lord, you have witnessed the rebelliousness of youth since the very beginnings of time. You understand a parent's anguish and helplessness over the actions of his child. Please help us to transform our anger and frustration into loving care for our child who has gone astray. Help us begin to mend our broken fences and heal our broken hearts. Bless our child and also help him to mend the error of his ways. Help and bless us all to do right in Your name and restore us to peace and tranquility.
